Abstract Submission Guidelines


Abstracts must be submitted through the congress website. Abstracts sent by e-mail or post independently of the system will not be accepted. Abstracts at the congress will be presented in Turkish. At least one of the authors listed in the abstract must register for the congress. Only the presentations of registered authors will be included in the program and the abstract book. E-poster presentations will be accepted at the congress.

An automatic e-mail confirmation stating “Your abstract has been submitted to the system” will be sent to the submitters. The evaluation results will be sent to all authors as a result letter. Once an acceptance letter has been issued, withdrawal of the presentation will not be possible.

The text must be written without errors and carefully checked before being uploaded to the system. The submitted text will be published in the abstract booklet without any corrections. Abstracts to be presented at the congress should contribute to scientific advancement and convey a clear concluding message.

Abstract Writing Rules


The title of the abstract should reflect the study in the shortest possible way. Abbreviations should not be used in the title. The full names (first and last names) of all authors, as well as their departments and institutions, must be clearly stated in the relevant sections. Names should be written in lowercase letters with only the first letter capitalized. Academic titles should not be included. Authors bear responsibility for ethical issues.

The full text of the abstract must not exceed 250 words. (This limit does not include the title, names of authors and institutions, or words within tables.)
